Cancellation Policy
Booking and Deposit Policy All deposits made to Angelina’s Rose are nonrefundable and are applied toward the total cost of your appointment. Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate the piercer or tech for reserved scheduling time. Clients are allowed one manual reschedule if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and will forfeit half the deposit applied to the total at the end of the appointment. After the first reschedule, any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit to be paid online. All rescheduled appointments must take place within 6 months of the original appointment date or the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will also be forfeited if: – You cancel your appointment – Request to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice – Fail to show up for your appointment – Arrive late and we are unable to accommodate you – Arrive without the required documentation, identification, paperwork, or other necessary items needed for the appointment or – Are unable to receive the service due to health concerns or failure to follow appointment requirements.
