• If you feel ANY symptoms of illness of any type, kindly stay home/ reschedule.

• We are a no shoe parlor (feel free to bring in socks or slippers to your appointment). 

• ​

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• ​

• If you are 10 minutes late we will reschedule your appointment. (5 minutes for non-piercing services)

• ​

• Upon entering the parlor, please utilize designated hand sanitizing stations.

• ​

• Masks are optional but our piercers and techs will be masked during procedures.

• Do NOT touch your piercing while in the parlor. Do not place purchased jewelry in your piercing (we will gladly help you with that, promise)

• ​

• Please let us help you handle our jewelry (we do carry small and delicate pieces that are sometimes one of a kind)

• Masks are OPTIONAL

• We are a private parlor by appointment only (this is for piercing  services at this time but phone calls are greatly appreciated for walk in purchases).

• Please feel free to ask questions at any point during your appointment.

• Please be mindful of your appointment time and please be considerate of others that have times booked before and after your scheduled appointment.
