This applies to any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please start the process of returning your items via email to AR@angelinasrose802.com within 7 days of delivery:
Once your return has been started, you will be provided with step by step information to complete the return process.
We would like the defective pieces returned within 30 days of the claim.
Once the jewelry is returned and the claim is verified, we will first check to see if the item is still in circulation. If it is a discontinued piece you will be credited to your account for the price of the piece and the shipping. If the product is still in circulation we will have the new piece shipped out to you.
In the event you are unable to ship within this time, please let us know so we know when to expect the defective pieces returned. Please wrap all defective jewelry in a sealed bag, clearly marked WORN.
